All week long, Chef Aldo Marcon prepares fresh, locally caught fish in classic Italian sauces here at Cinque Terre Italian Restaurant. This weekend Chef Aldo has chosen to pan sear this weeks featured fish in his most popular sauce: Puttanesca.

His fresh fillets will cook in a flavorful tomato and white whine garlic sauce, topped with cute little capers and olives. This weeks fish is Red trout accompanied with fingerling potatoes and a vegetable medley.
