Fresh, homemade raviolis are amongst Chef Aldo’s specialties here at Cinque Terre Italian Restaurant.

Chef Aldo has managed to incorparate Porcini mushrooms (a wild mushroom used in many gourmet dishes) into his ravioli of the day. Tonight, this delicacy will be tossed in a fresh tomato pesto sauce and garnished with Calamari and a single Lobster Tail.
