Snapper has always been a local favorite here at Cinque Terre Italian Restaurant. This fresh (never frozen) fillet was topped with Chef Aldo Marcon’s signature scampi sauce and accompanied with roasted potatoes and a healthy vegetable medley sauteed in extra virgin oil and garlic.
